A prioritisation matrix, inspired by the Eisenhower Matrix, helps you sort tasks based on impact and effort:

  • 🔵 High Impact, High Effort – Big goals. Schedule quality time for these.
  • 🟡 Low Impact, Low Effort – Minor tasks. Save for when energy is low.
  • 🔴 Low Impact, High Effort – Time-wasters. Consider deleting or delegating.
