Celebrating the 2026 National Industry Awards – Women in Banking and Finance

Some events leave you feeling genuinely inspired.

The WiBF 2026 National Industry Awards was one of them.

As a proud sponsor once again, the Think Productive Australia/NZ team was delighted to join industry leaders, innovators, mentors and rising talent at Sydney’s ICC Grand Ballroom to celebrate the people helping shape the future of banking and finance. This year’s theme, Shaping Tomorrow Together, perfectly captured the spirit of the afternoon.

WiBF 2026 National Industry Awards celebrated achievements across leadership, innovation, inclusion, technology, sustainability and mentoring.

At Think Productive, we believe that great work happens when people have the space, clarity and confidence to do their best. That’s why we’re proud to support events that recognise the individuals and organisations creating positive change in their industries.

Celebrating Excellence Across the Industry

The WiBF Awards have become one of the most important celebrations on the banking and finance calendar, bringing together colleagues, mentors, sponsors and leaders from across Australia. What stood out most was the calibre of the finalists and winners. From emerging talent to experienced leaders, every award recipient demonstrated a commitment to excellence, inclusion and helping others succeed.

These are values that strongly align with our own.

Productivity is not about doing more for the sake of it. It’s about creating the conditions for people to thrive, collaborate and make a meaningful impact. The people recognised at this year’s awards are outstanding examples of exactly that.
