Productivity Ninja

Matt Cowdroy

Productivity Ninja & Founder (of Think Productive Australia)

My passion is helping others learn new ways to approach work and life. In the process I am also continually learning.

My professional background spans 20 years of commercial roles in marketing, sales and finance.   This  has given me strong insight into the daily pressures, distractions and demands on today’s “knowledge worker”.  I love to understand what drives people, their wants, needs and inner fire.  My passion is helping others learn new ways to approach work and life.  In the process I am also continually learning.

Since becoming a Productivity Ninja my professional (and personal) life improved dramatically.  My Inbox is Zero, I am more present, in the moment and I enjoy the workflow approach to achieving more and stressing less.

I have university qualifications in Business and Marketing.  And, although a bit random, I also have qualifications in Yogic Studies.   If nothing else…it is a good conversation starter.

My personal passions also include yoga, mountain biking and nature.

Productivity Ninja

Graham’s book and a Think Productive workshop changed the way I work and how I approach my daily life. Now I am facilitating Ninja workshops in Australia and enjoying the process of constant growth.

Since 2007 I have been Director and Principal of my own business, Aurora People. I have facilitated hundreds of coaching sessions and many leadership programs with some of the largest organisations in Australia. Prior to that, I have 14 years experience working in Steiner Education. And…many moons ago gained an Engineering Degree however realised that this was not my true calling.

Graham’s book and a Think Productive workshop changed the way I work and how I approach my daily life. I became more focussed, happier and found myself getting more done. With the massive impact this had on my life, I committed to train with Think Productive UK and become a qualified “Ninja”. Now I am facilitating Ninja workshops in Australia and enjoying the process of constant growth.

My passions are bike riding (for transport and also off-road), the Australian bush and paragliding.

Julie Jones

Productivity Ninja

In 2009, I realised that there is more to life than just work! I’m loving teaching people Productivity Ninja thinking. It’s truly life-changing.

With over 30 years working in major corporations around the world, I’ve worked in a diverse range of industries; FMCG Food, Pet Care, Medical Research and the
Restaurant Industry. With a degree in Biological Sciences, I love working in strategic development, innovation and marketing in strongly collaborative
environments.

In 2009, I realised that there is more to life than just work! I used to thrive in corporate roles that had high levels of stress, in action-orientated cultures, I was driven to achieve results that were often unrealistic. Then I got sick. Twice! Stress takes its toll and can really impact on every part of your life.

Productivity Ninja changed the way I work and I find there is time in my day for some much more – I’m now happily balancing 2 businesses, my family and my other
major passion, Scuba Diving. It’s now possible and I’m loving my life. I‘m most passionate about combining creative and strategic thinking but you can
be sure that there is nothing that works better to kill both creativity and strategy than being bogged down by day-to- day interruptions, just managing your inbox and
the pressure to be perfect/wonder woman/or just plain get stuff done.

That’s why I’m loving teaching people Productivity Ninja thinking. It’s truly life-changing.

Productivity Ninja, Mindfulness, Yoga Teacher

Sandra Wang

Productivity Ninja

As a Productivity Ninja, I bring together my background in Psychology, my experience in the corporate world and my expertise in yoga to help people in business achieve greater calm and control of their environment.

After a demanding career in public relations managing campaigns for consumer brands including Coca-Cola, Sony and 3 Mobile, I decided to press the reset button and follow my passion into the world of yoga and mindfulness.
From my work as a yoga teacher, I have come to understand that the road to peace and taming life’s stresses is complicated and can’t always simply be meditated away. For many of us, our peace of mind flows more easily when built on a foundation of organisation practices that support mental clarity, focus and attention.
My experience working in fast paced agencies and raising three young children has given me a deep understanding of the many competing demands individuals are managing across their work and personal lives.
As a Productivity Ninja, I bring together my background in Psychology, my experience in the corporate world and my expertise in yoga to help people in business achieve greater calm and control of their environment.
